With the rapid development of the market economy,competition among enterprises has evolved from traditional product price and quality competition to customer service level competition.Responding to customer needs in a relatively short period of time and providing products that satisfy customers in a timely manner has become the main way of current market competition,which places higher level requirements on the operations management of enterprises.The rapid changes in market demand information requires companies to respond quickly to changes upon market demand,keep up with the rhythm of the market,and improve the competitiveness of products.Printed Circuit Board(PCB)is the basic industry in the electronics industry.China is the largest PCB production area in the word.As of the end of 2019,more than 50% of the global PCB industry has been produced in China.If PCB manufacturing companies want to survive and grow in such a fiercely competitive market,they need to have a stable market share.The ability to meet on time delivery is a prerequisite for improving customer satisfaction and gaining market share.And fully use of corporate resources to provide more products to market is an important way for companies to reasonably control production costs.A scientific and reasonable production plan is an important part of an enterprise's business activities,is the basis for efficient operation of the enterprise,and is also an important guarantee for the enterprise to make full use of existing resources to maximize the satisfaction of customer needs.This thesis takes company A as the research object,which is a High Density Interconnector(HDI)PCB manufacturing company.Through the analysis of company A's production plan management current situation,it finds out problems in company A's production plan management,which includes the low rate of on time delivery,low utilization rate of bottleneck equipment,and low accordance between material plans with actual production requirements.Then it analyzes the reasons of A company's printed circuit board production plan management problems.With production planning theory,Material Requirement Planning(MRP)and Theory of constraints(TOC),this thesis provides improvement proposals for company A's production plan management,including setting up production planning optimization system,production operation planning system and production process management system,so that is results in the ultimate goal of this paper,resolving the existing problems in company A's current production plan management.By implementation of the production plan management improvement proposals,it can optimize the allocation of resources,reduce production costs,improve management effects,increase customer satisfaction,hence enhance the market competitiveness of the company in the PCB industry finally.This thesis also designs a guarantee mechanism for the production plan management improvement plan of A company,and evaluates the implementation effect of the improvement plan.It's proven that the production plan management improvement proposals can effectively improve on time delivery rate,full utilization of bottleneck resources,accuracy of material demand planning,hence enhance customer satisfaction and improve the company's market competitiveness finally.
