As one part of city public transport scheduling system's,the operation planmanagement modular is taked as the reference standard of subsequentscheduling. and decides the scheduling quality and the passenger satisfactiondegree.However, nowadays most of bus company's operation plans are makedby manual operation.and the operation plan is showed in the way oftimetable.which is inconvenient to modify.So the article promoted a way ofbuilding a operation plan manangement platform that is more practical and canbetter be the reference standard of subsequent scheduling.Based on the business requirements of one public transport company inTaiyuan city, according to object-oriented designing mind, the article designedand builded the operation plan software in detail with the aid of software anddatabase technology. and implemented it based the.NET platform. The specificwork was as follows:(1)The function requirements were analyzed,and described the specificfunctions of the main model.(2)Analyzed the connections among the main entities′data tables,andimplemented the database。(3)Data structure was analyzed,and paved the way for the next step,(4)The algorithms of the running chart and vehicle plan were designed indetail.(5)Based on one operation road data of Taiyuan city, and verified thecorrectness and feasibility of the algorithms above in the.NET platform.The running chart was used to show operation time.which implementedautomatically all operating lines during the whole working day. meanwhile,which could be adjusted according to actual needs,including graphic elements'increasing,drag_and_trop,canceling as well as graph's serialization,undoingand redoing. At the same time, the timatable was showed to meet more differentneeds.In the aspect of vehicle plan, artificial simulation algorithm was adopted.which well solved the manual operation defects of low efficiency,being inconvenient to modify and easy to error. However, it could not fully meet thecustomer needs,the further research and development is expected in the future.
