| The full name of ESL is Electrical System Level, and is one kind of EDA design methodology to design and testify the system. In this paper, the generation and processing of LFM is designed based on ESL tool AccelDSP, research shows that it's more efficient to appropriately use ESL tools during radar signal processing design.In this paper, firstly study the basic function and direction and design general flow of the ESL tool AccelDSP. Secondly, study the DDS generation of LFM and processing which contains the basic principle and realization method of quadrature demodulation and pulse compression and MTI/MTD and CFAR. Then, simulate the the generation and processing of LFM with MATLAB language which accords with the standard of AccelDSP. In the end, convert the MATLAB floating point model to RTL description with AccelDSP, and testified on the XUP Virtex-II Pro developing board.The final testified result accords with the simulation, prove that it's efficient to appropriately use ESL tools. |
