With the comprehensive development of the coal industry, coal enterprises Cape partial requirements of equipment and production technology to enhance efficiency, belt conveyor in mine is the key equipment to improve productivity and efficiency. There are two kinds of programmable controller used for belt conveyor monitoring and controlling, special I.S. controller and general flameproof controller, but all these equipments need special skills for programming, so it is hard for common workers to do.With the embedded computer in the field of industrial automation in a wide range of applications, the use of the technology to design high-reliability, small size, real-time controller of the belt for coal mine is of positive significance. This research focus on designing a simple and friendly user interface, allowing users to control object-class configuration to circumvent the complex PLC program, PLC control and to achieve the same or even greater affect. Due to greatly simplify the user's difficult to operate while maintaining high reliability in the field of coal mine production safety to promote a positive sense.The research mainly embedded application software development technology, makes the logic of traditional hardware-software platform by combining some of the computer technology to achieve, compared to pure logic controller, for the characteristics of coal mines, with more flexibility and control in line with the coal mine demand for the control strategy, economic and social benefits significantly. The project is more suitable for China's coal mines of all types of tape transport and has a widely market prospects.
