Based On The Design Of The Workflow Management System Of The Court

Electronic government is a government management model based on computer network technology, focused on sharing, communication and cooperation, and structured by reengineering theory and workflow technology. By distributing various information resources and regrouping workflow, E-government aims to provide higher efficiency, better service and less expenditure. Court management system is one very important constituent of the comprehensive court management system, and it is also a comprehensive management system itself which encompasses a series of procedures of case acceptance, case filing, case trial and case closure. Therefore, guided by the general programming of computer network system, based on E-government and workflow theory, aimed at being advanced, reliable, safe and wieldy, we adopt the traditional C/S structure and develop this standard software—the court management system, which can fully satisfy the demands of provincial higher courts, intermediate courts and local courts.The main achievements in the paper include the following points:·The paper firstly points out the weakness of the present court management system and offers an improved version. Then the paper gives a detailed introduction of relevant theories and technologies to be used in this designing process, such as electronic government, workflow technology, Web database technology,B/S model;·The paper is focused on the workflow management model, and discusses its possibility of being applied in court management system, then puts forward the design model of workflow management system;·The paper combins of Web technology and relational database theory, and realizes workflow restructure the court management system management system based on the Web database. The system completes the case to put on record, modules and so on trying as well as correlation data inquiry.
