System Design, Based On Customer Communications Management, Customer Billing Inquiries

At present with the flourish of E-commerce,Telecom billing store,query and online payment in China's telecommunications industry become a rising system,which is the necessary trade in the development of telecommunications services.Therefore,it is essential to build a system,with collective bill,detail account and telephone bill based on perfect equipment and the most advanced technology,which supports to querying in both static and dynamic way,7~*24 service model,and be adapted to company S with different scale of investment.As a result,it will conduce to improve customers' efficiency and give a convenient service to the customer by using this system.After a brief review of the development of the information in the telecommunications industry,the current status and problems of the customer management system are discussed, which make it clear that the customer query system based on the Groupl software technique is of great value.Then,the main techniques of this system are introduced;the requirements and operation procedure of the system development in bill query management are analyzed. Some applicable sub-systems,such as the static bill store and output,the dynamic bill inquiry and electric bill distribution are also discussed in detail,and then the architecture of the whole customer query system is analyzed.Moreover,it focus on the data management mechanisms of the CCM and the implementation of ETL technique,then a customizable customer query system,which support the 7~*24 whole-day service is given.Finally,the application of this system is compared to some other similar systems,and the development trend of the telecom information system with ETL technique is pointed out.
