Collaborative Design And Implementation Of Office Systems

With the development of information technology and the popularization of the network technology, office automation has been applied in the various corners of the modern society increasingly. Office automation is termed as a integrative technology, based on several kinds of vanguard technology, including IT, systemic science, behavior science. By applying systemic science as theoretical foundation, behavior science subject, and IT throughout the whole process, the purpose of office automation is to increase the efficiency and quality of administration, promote the standardization and institutionalization of official process.The mushroom growth of Internet guarantees the development of information communication and share, as well as the technological foundation of the team cooperation, indicating the advent of the era of official networking. At the same time, the administration mode of many corporations have transformed from dispersive to centralized mode, from closed to open mode. Presently, the traditional office automation system, the client\server mode, could not satisfy the requirement of new office networking, not combine with newly arised technology, not take full advantage of the new generated administration mode. How to take full advantage of the merits of networking such as the shortcut, efficiency and the sharing, to increase the internal information sharing within corporation, to optimize the administration and to rise the economic interest, is the development target of modern corporations.Cooperative OA is a kind of office automotive networking system, which is base on Web, B/S frame and NET technology, with the characteristics of modularization design, self-definition of job flow, self-definition of department function, e-mail function within corporation and supporting various large database. Cooperative OA takes advantage of networking communication and advanced networking platform to construct a safe, open, efficient office automotive system, in order to provide modern ,integrated information service to the administration department, which could achieve the standardization, institutionalization and electronization of the daily work , increase administration level. Based on these current situation, the cooperative OA in my study explores a Web-based office automation system and designs the DEMO edition which is synchronizing the OA in accordance with the work requirement of engineering master.Content of the thesis: Key function design and introduction of OA, the introduction of referring technology, technology design of job flow system and application of knowledge administration in the system.Meanwhile, aiming at the development trend of cooperative OA, the thesis makes some reasonable prediction of future development of OA.
