Multiplex temperature control system of heat case-hardened machine was introduced. Heart finalize the design in back disposal was influential in wave and printing and dyeing industry,especially temperature control was mainly part.Frontal machining process would be worst if temperature was not controlled well.Environmental interference was serious,because spot heater was open.Toward to temperature control of heat setting machine in printing and dyeing industry post treatment process multiplex inputs fuzzy control strategy was proposed.fuzzy Control was not affected by model,concrete environmental and system.The strategy was a high performance-price ratio fuzzy algorithm met the requirement compared with PID control.The system deeply discussed that automatic control system how to resist disturbance in industry environment using MCU as control center.Interference source and sensor were separated far in distribution of hardware circuit design,routing,strong and weak signal,digital and analog signal. Which using solid state relay control power also improved anti-jamming performance. Software anti-jamming performance measure was used.Digital filtering methods were used to inhibited effectively low frequency disturbance and random sharp pulses.The system studied anti-interference problem in industry environment.The system had multi-channel temperature setting,temperature control,real-time display,automatic alarm, etc.by practical application.The system would solve some applied questions in worsted factory and seconds problem because temperature overrun question.
