Content-based Business Document Storage Management Technology Research

Business document contains a large number of rich and usefull information.However data of business documents are in the form of semi-structured or unstructured. In order to effectively make use of these document data, business and organizations are urgently hope to solve the problem that how to in an orderly manner to store, manage and retrieve these data.This article briefly describes the content management and other related technical background. And then from the point of view of system architecture, data model, data query and retrieval and storage management system API, we take an overall planning and design. Then whith the help of the idea of using content management, we discuss how to add structure information to unstructured business documents, and defined the managable element of content component, established a business document data model, and build a document storage business model including the template storage and data storage. In the last part of paper, we put orword some personal opinions about the systom.With the help of the idea of content management, the business document management systems that introduced in this this paper, Implemented WebDAV interface, and is provided with a strong generalization, powerful flexibility. We believes the discussion and practice about a number of techniques,such as the system design based on the idea of content management, employing WebDAV to implement the access infterface of storage system, and multi-format output technique based on Web, will be helpful to the developers in this field.
