High-speed development of Chinese urbanization needs developing at top speed about Chinese city culture.The city community culture is the base of the city culture.To develop and carry forward city community culture,it needs a great mass communication media .As one of mass communication media,city newspaper and its news reports about city community culture are pay close attetion by numerous citizen.
