According to the different user, it award different authority, through a flexible distribution rights for different user rights management. Combined with the actual application, it provides a flexible inquiry optimization technology in order to improve the system inquiry performance.The system adopts software engineering method to design and achieve. The statistics subsystem finish the index construction, database memory design, retrieve design and other content founded on the manuscript data processing, fees statistics, staff management and other related work. The system finally realizes the service function including the manuscript management, cost and staff of management of the magazine offices. After a period of run, it can satisfy actual working needs basically, and achieve the expectation aim of the design.
