Medicine supply chain is affected by the way of transport and preservation and the factor of validity .The study of the agile supply chain information system is a issue that it has complexity on theory and important practical significance.The study first simply introduces the basic theory of Fuxing medicine information management system and ASC management system and secondly introduces in detail the two big key technologies of agile supply chain: Agile supply chain purchasing management and agile supply chain needing forecast. In purchasing management, just-in-time purchase method was chosen as a purchase model in ASCM in this paper, which exhibited harmonization, synchronization, integration and flexibility of ASCM. In needing forecast, it included define forecast and time series forecast and causal relationship forecast. At last, the study took Fuxing medicine Ltd. as case, analyzing its need, technological process, function, system design and implemention. The main conclusions and the trend of this research were summarized in the end.
