The museum belongs to the Public Service Organization, and its function is mainly to collect, protect, study and show all kinds of culture relics, works of art, etc., It offers the typical public cultural products for society. Nowadays, Cultural and Creative industry as a production fulfillment that provides symbol loading and meaning sharing in a form of capital symbol. To improve it has been a significant policy for more and more museums.This article brings museum in the perspective of Space, discussed its cultural connotation, its dynamic role of cultural products, then most important, the challenges and problems it faced in the Cultural and Creative Industries. For a long time, people take notice of its function in Ideology field, there is not a concept of industry manages basically. In this creative industry age, museum not only faced lots of management problems, but also got great opportunity to do the creative selection. Such as "Guggenheim", it represented a great global museum ally which successful in business circles and controversial in academic circles. Through those experiences and arguments about exhibitions, this article tries to inject some inspirations into Chinese museum in the Era of Cultural and Creative industry.There are six chapters altogether. First chapter is about reasons for topic-selecting, which includes the review of the contemporary theories of space, art, museum and cultural capital. Furthermore, it indicates the elaborating frame of the whole paper.The second part interprets museum from the angle of cultural space view, and discusses the relating cultural components of museum which were directly shown on the surface of construction or implied in the forms of construction.Paper devoted to the third part specially describes the creative industry. This part also provides an independent section analyzing those innovative ideas such as the unique way of thinking, imagination and cultural awareness of people in museum as well as a new form of cultural capital.The fourth and fifth parts focuses on analyzing two exhibition activitiestopped the theme of the creative industry in resent years——"Understand and explain Shitao" and "Art in America: 300 years of innovation". Based on this we described the two current of museum activities in the age of creative industry: "De-holiness" and "Museum-remove".As the epilogue of the paper, the sixth part expounds the main points of this paper.
