Design And Implementation Of Management Systems Of Railway Passenger Traffic

The information-based level comes to a decision the competition ability of railway station. With the development of railway system modernization, especially the devotion usage of high-speed train, it is urgent to construct a Station Train Operation Management System(STOMS) for Railway Station in order to accelerate the railway's information establishment and in order that information sharing technology brought by computer can be fully utilized. As a multi-service and multi-task large information system, STMOS involves real time information collection, train operation management and such theoretical fields to provide different services for it.This text summarizes the current situation of railway station train operation management firstly, has summarized the problems of the process of station train operation management, such as lacking of Time Table management tools, lacking of the instrumentality of train operation and loco operation management, lacking of information sharing for each department of railway station, and explained the great meaning for the station train operation management system mode. Bring forward the idea of using the database technology to figure out station train operation management, set up a structure on station train operation management mode according with Client/Server standard.The main research results of this text have four respects:(1) Design and realizing a station train operation management platform based on database technology, which is a real time and opening train operation management support platform. Display the station real time information comprises point status, track status, signal status, train status and loco status by connecting the Railway Station Information Collection System.(2) With the current requirement of railway station train time table management to realize a dynamic tool for time table management, making basic time table management and traveling time table can be separated, solving the coupling problem with basic time table module and traveling time table module, collecting records of time table to the database, providing the condition in advance for train time table sharing.(3) Use Observer design pattern, publish a series of train operation forecast and alarm by real time monitoring track status, signal status, train status and loco status and then improve the method for train operation management and loco operation management.(4) Bring the Station Train Operation Management System to Shanghai Railway Station, realize train operation information sharing for each department of station, offer the decision basis to staff and enhance work efficiency to meet high-density, high-speed, high-safe demand for railway transportation.
