In the manufacturing operation of high-speed railway, the train operation is a complex and important link. It takes advantage of a variety of railway equipment and needs the mutual coordination with the relevant departments, jobs and assignments to ensure railway transport safety and improve transport efficiency. The train diagram is the basis on the organization of railway operation. And it is also a technical comprehensive plan of the railway operation. Various factors will be taken into account in drawing up the train diagram. Normally, trains operation must base on the schedule strictly. And the dispatchers supervise the train running status. However, in fact train operation is influenced by some factors inevitably. Train operation adjustment is a process to resume trains operating based on primary train diagram as soon as possible by adjusting train paths effectively and rescheduling the train timetable when the actual train operation status deviate the train schedule. Train Operation Adjustment is the important content of railway train dispatching, and also is the guarantee for increasing the efficiency of rail transport and improving the quality of transport service. High-speed railway system which has the characteristics of high speed, high density, high punctuality rate, make a new challenge to the traditional train operation adjustment.According to the problem of train operation adjustment, the large-scale combinatorial optimization which has the qualities of the real-time, multi-restriction, multi-objective, combined with the characteristics of train operation adjustment of high-speed railway, this thesis mainly research on the following aspects of high-speed railway train operation adjustment:Firstly, the thesis expounded the research background and significance and research status of domestic and foreign. Making a detailed analysis on the problem of high-speed railway train operation adjustment, included the reason, characteristic, factors, principle and measure of high-speed railway train operation adjustment and the analysis of the high-speed railway train diagram.Secondly, after introducing genetic algorithms and immune algorithms, this thesis put forward the immune genetic algorithms, which is a combination of artificial immune algorithm and genetic algorithms. Based on this, a high-speed railway train operation adjustment model is set up. Then the immune genetic algorithms is used to solve this model. Finally, an instance based on the background of JinQin high-speed railway is constructed. And the immune genetic algorithm of high-speed railway train operation adjustment which is used to solve this instance is programmed in matlab2012a simulation environment. By the analysis of simulation results, the feasibility of the model and the algorithm is validated.The results show that the introduction of the immune genetic algorithm can reduce the blindness in solving the model of train operation adjustment guide the individual development to a better direction, avoid the degeneracy which general evolution algorithms may encounter, be propitious to improve the efficiency of the algorithm, accelerate the speed of convergence, preserve the diversity meanwhile, improve the global search ability and avoid falling into local optimum which causes premature convergence. The introduction of immune genetic algorithm provides a new method for the optimization of high-speed railway train operation adjustment.
