Short-term Life Insurance Business Workflow-based Processing System

As China's insurance market and the continuing development of short-term life insurance business to double the scale of growth year after year, short-term insurance business in the information management requirements is increasingly high. But there are a lot of defects in the existing application system, such as lack of service capacity, short of specialization and automation, incapable of local management or local demand, the period of secondary development in new product is long and system is unstable. Those problems became the bottleneck to further expand market in Short-term life insurance business. So construction of a professional, efficient, a strong ability to adapt to the short-term life insurance business application platform for the life insurance sector has become an important task.After analysis of Chinese existing short-term insurance business and the status of existing system, I decided the analysis and design methods is based on the work flow of short-term needs of the life insurance application system. On this basis, through the Workflow Management Technology Research combine with the short-term needs of the life insurance business applications and processes, I have designed the work flow management model and set a short-term life insurance application system architecture, subsystems division. Based on the work flow model and management skills, some workflow management cases need analysis. In this paper we also focused on the design and implementation of some subsystems, such as workflow management subsystem and logistics management subsystem etc.
