Design And Implementation Of Contract And Endorsement Subsystem About Investment-Related Insurance

Partial business functions of contract and endorsement subsystem of life-insurance system about investment-related insurance were designed and implemented in this paper. The investment-related insurance is a new insurance which was created recently. Different with the conventional life insurance products, investment-related insurance has its own business. The business about investment-related insurance in contract and endorsement subsystem of life-insurance system is analyzed in this paper as a example of account assurances.Firstly, the author introduces the knowledge of the insurance background and thelife insurance system. Secondly, the requirement is introduced briefly, furthermore,the theories and technologies of the design and the development are introduced, suchas: the theory of Object-Oriented and ORM and the implement technology of ORMand the develop model of J2EE etc. Then, the author implements schematic designand detailed design and coding of contract and endorsement subsystem oflife-insurance system about investment-related insurance. Lastly, summarizes thepaper and provides the advice for the life-insurance system.Through the developing process of life-insurance system about investment-relatedinsurance, the author uses the Object-Oriented theory through the whole PLC of theproject.The author uses UML as modeling tool and creates many use case diagrams,class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams to help analyzing anddesigning the system at the deferent periods of the PLC of the project. At the periodof the coding implementation of the system, the author uses ORM to implement thedata communication between the business layer and the database layer. So the authorexpatiates the importance of the Object-Oriented analysis and design tolife-insurance system. At the same time, the relational function of ORM betweenObject-Oriented programming and the relational database is expatiated clearly.In the meantime, the workflow is used to control the transfer of the insurance business in the complex life insurance business. So the workflow prevents the business from falling into confusion and prevents the quarters from dealing with the other quarters' business in the insurance company through the life-insurance system. So the author also uses the workflow theory through the whole PLC of the project.
