In recent years, many central, provincial and civic vedio medias have initiated market competetion and reformation in succession, aiming at projecting onself's features and setting up brand. However, actually vision of TV media is stranded in a good many contradictions and congenital deficiency. Including spacialization of reform, the development of TV industry is struggling with obstacles, not as initial assumation. Among them, homogenization of media competition is the critical one.It is conspicuous that homogenization of programing and broadcasting, which not only be the representation of media's subjective intention and production of reform, but also be assoiated with numerous audiences' benefit. In homogenization enviornment, media value, media study and decision-making are all depressed.The research of media homogenization concerns harmonious relationship among government, audience and medium, and that especially in social transfer period which would influence what extent our medium can develop in next phase.
