Based on the development of Internet media carding, this paper points the main problems of China's Internet media , which is lacking of credibility of Internet media. Its performance in five major aspects: First, the mass of information, timely updates, make us cannot identify the truth; Second, the massive media network , misleading Internet users, led the media and the Internet to a double loss; Third, "entertainment news" lost social responsibility, network information security problems have become increasingly prominent; Forth, lacking of online original information, originality network news are not enough, each network Media plagiarism seriously; Fifth, false advertisiment are everywhere, internet users quality level missing. And then by defining the concept of the media credibility, this paper defined the credibility of Internet media. And analysis the judgement of the credibility of the five dimensions: timeliness, massive, interactive, multimedia and focus trend . At the same time, connecting the lack of credibility with the performance, the paper analyzed the impact factors of the Internet media credibility. From a macro point, it analyzed the political, economic, cultural and other major social systems background factors. In the middle level, it discussed the implementation of policies and regulations. In the micro-level, it focused on what and how the media and audiences influenced the Internet media system credibility. It points that the Internet users and Internet users community play an important part to strengthen the credibility of the media, must be seriously. Finally, based on the existing domestic and foreign experience, this paper proposed the suggestions and countermeasures about how to strengthen the credibility of the internet media construction. All in all, to strengthen the credibility of the media-building is necessary and urgent in the present, is an essential part to build a harmonious society.
