| Shanghai General Motor Dealer Management System (hereinafter referred to: DMS) was independent researched and developed as a large-scale software systems by the Shanghai GM Corporation (hereinafter referred to: SGM). Since the beginning of 2003, until the end of 2005, DMS has experienced for three years of research and development time, in several stages of deployment and online, and was regarded as a SGM developed large-scale IT projects milestone. I joined in this project as the system analyst.Based on the Software Engineering Research thinking, the theory and method of software engineering was regarded as the basis for the study of DMS. In this paper, a large number of DMS business data and business processes were collected. The needs of a qualitative analysis of the business, including general business analysis, detailed business analysis, organizational structure analysis, and the major operational flow chart analysis and non-functional needs analysis was compiled. Integrated in the same business, combined the overall demand, this paper made reasonable solutions, including application framework and functional design. In examining the contents, orders module was selected as an example, from outline design, detailed design, database model design, input and output UI, the input and output parameters, class graphs, the timing map and written procedures, as well as other aspects describes the process of achieving the main. Finally, the system integration and deployment was presented in detail.With the auto industry competition becoming increasingly fierce, vehicle distribution, sale, accessories, and guarantee which were not concerned in previous service industries, but now become the focus of attention. This paper aimed at researching of automotive industry service solution pattern and designing Shanghai GM DMS systems. The research content of papers can provide a reference for the others Chinese automobile enterprises DMS. |
