With the development of Internet,computer and network technology,office automation system is more and more welcomed by all enterprises and institutions.They have become an important part of the modernization of enterprises.Compared with the traditional manual management mode,office automation system can maximize the work efficiency of employees and managers,reduce the complexity of work and simplify the production process of enterprises.This article discusses the design and implementation of dealer management system based on C/S mode.The system takes the business needs of Caterpillar(Qingzhou)Limited and its dealers as the background,and uses.NET as the development platform.First,through in-depth Caterpillar(Qingzhou)Co.Ltd.and its dealers for research,and on their business process analysis,completed the demand analysis of the system,further to the overall system design and detailed design,and the sequence diagram for key business painting.The programming implementation of the system is described,the interface screen shot of each module is displayed,and some code is listed for reference.Finally,the system is tested in detail.The system is divided into 11 modules,namely KPI module,procurement module,sales management module,inventory management module,customer relationship management module,account management module,basic data module,system management module,service management module,machine management module,administrator module configuration.The system uses C# as the development language of the system,the transmission technology uses the WebService,and SQL Server2008 is used as the database system.The system has been put into operation.The system can make Caterpillar(Qingzhou)Co.,Ltd.manage its dealers conveniently and efficiently,as well as the management of dealers to their businesses,and liberate related personnel from the complicated manual operation.
