| "Xiaoxiaotong" is an important project of information construction in elementary education. Although it has made great achievement, there are still some disadvantages such as planning the construction of Xiaoxiaotong and intensifying its application. Informatization construction of elementary schools has achieved great success. For example, network terminal is popularized and network bandwidth is gradually wider.All sorts of people such as students, teachers, administrative staff has been related together by campus network. Although the conveniency of campus network has increased efficiency of studies and work, it caused the dependency of whole campus IT surroundings. Wide application of the management of IT service in companys all over the world has brought out new opportunities for the operation and maintenance of campus information.According to above mentioned status and relative research backgrounds, the paper which bases on comprehension of ITIL principle and its successful application inducts advanced service management conception into the operation and maintenance of campus informatization. It brings forward "Based on ITIL education Metro Operation System" to slove the problem of low quality service on the operation of campus informatization. This paper first combine with ITIL theory to design typical module of the system. Secondly, it is detailed analyze the Hongkou education MAN Operation, and it is conducted of the system for specific construction and implementation, including systems analysis, the overall architecture design, and describe briefly the problems encountered and solutions in the process of building the system. The system aims to facilitate IT services, to provide a stable IT service support and network management. This study results provides a practical mode of management and application solutions in the problems that general school information encountered in the course of constructing the IT services, and it is also innovative and practical. |
