| With the fast development of the information technology, more and more enterprises have established the data center. Due to the lack of efficient cost and charge management, the data center is facing the double stress from the strict budget and the growing service demand.Based on the in-depth analyses and researches on service content, service mode, service process and service cost, this thesis designed a billing system applies to the service model of this kind of data center. Combining with the requirements of the finance management and the model related to the cost and charge defined in ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library), as well as the data center managers’demand for decision information of the expenditure and revenue, this thesis defined the aggregate demand of the billing system from the business requirements, user requirements, performance requirements and safety requirements. Then the overall physical and logic structure and the interface of the system were designed according to the aggregate demand of the billing system. When the overall system framework and the billing process has been decided, the implementation of the five key functional modules--service catalogue management, service level agreement management, service cost management, service billing and report module, is expounded in detail from the soft architecture, the database table structure and the interface structure. Before the billing system launched, the unit test, the system test, the integration test and the pressure test are made to ensure all the functional and non-functional requirements had been realized.Successful implementation of the billing system helps the data center solve the problems in budget analysis and resource allocation to a large extend as well as provides a new method to the service billing mode of the data center so that it can promote the enterprise’s own data center make the transition from the cost center to the profit center. |
