Meantime, we discussed about the function configuration of the system.In addition, combining the enterprise work process, analyzing the management status of the existing system and comparing with the forward work, we obtained the advantage and disadvantage information and so on in the course. During this, rationality of the system flow is the emphases. Because IS09000 and IS022000 are actualized at one time in the enterprise, it is necessary to adjust the repeated work and the complemented work when to evaluate the rationality, in order to change cockamamie to simple. On the basic, strict flow-like system management is realized, standard work process is obtained, and also conflict and leak in the computer can be avoided. Recording the data into the system according to the exist written form and founding data-base for information management.In the end, founding and developing the system information model using IDEFLx software Erwin, and establishing data-base, to present the means for realizing the type EPC work flow model, and analyzing the requirement of the developed management software, discussing the key technique in the development of the system and also the detail realization agreement of the software system are described.
