Food is the most basic material conditions for human survival and development, how the food security situation, is directly related to people’s health and life safety. Food quality and safety is one of the social focus of the whole society the most caring, so the food quality and safety supervision has become a priority among priorities of government work. This paper takes Tai’an city food production areas as a research unit, design, according to the basic conditions of food safety in Tai’an city and realize a food production safety supervision system, to assist the government workers, consumers and producers of food production safety supervision work.This paper describes the analysis, safety supervision system of food production areas of the demand for system design and realization. Software architecture safety supervision system of the food production areas of the design of multi-layer architecture based on J2EE, the system uses B/S architecture, the whole system adopts the object-oriented analysis and design method, first of all to demand investigation of safety supervision work in Tai’an City, the area of food production, and obtain the each work process requirements, and the the content of the analysis, the system function and the realization methods of the corresponding. In the system design stage using the SSH framework, the system realizes MVC structure, the detailed design of each function of the system, and the design of the database.Finally, according to the demand analysis and system design, the realization of the system adopts B/S structure, distributed database, DES encryption algorithm and GIS geographic information system technology, complete the whole system and work. The system realized the system management function, enterprise quality file management functions, management functions, shall be ordered to correct the patrol information query, report the complaint management, emergency management function, task information management query function and supervision of statistics and reports.The system can enhance the supervision and management of food quality work rigor, do the supervision personnel accountability; the system can according to the needs of the work custom, making clear the quality and safety supervision work flow, work procedures, and unified terminology for the description of the problem found in the supervision and examination, to avoid the disordered work and casual; improve the integrity, file historical data consistency and data preservation. At the same time, improve the quality of management staff efficiency, system achieved between the quality control staff to share data, all the way to implement information. The system also as the leader to make the correct decisions and provide scientific data, bureau leader in the daily supervision of historical data, whether from the objective data to or from the macro perspective can present work from quality management, analysis and research, and provide basis for making scientific decision.
