The CS134 high-speed electromagnetic valve test-bed computer testing system in this paper is designed to acquisition and process the high-speed signals of high-speed electromagnetic valves including outlet pressure, working voltage and working current. The system can present the wave curves about the dynamic relation of pulse rate factor and flow. Ascending or descending the pulse rate factor can go on the detection about flow lag, repeatability error and sensitivity inspection.The paper, by scrutinizing the data acquisition technique of high-speed signals, the pulse-width modulation method of driving electromagnetic valve testing system and curve fitting technique and arithmetic mean value filtering technique, is successful in developing a system that covers the catching and showing function about the high-speed transient state signals and presenting the dynamic relation wave curves of electromagnetic valve function through the PWM method driving.The computer testing system adopts upper monitor and lower monitor mode. Upper monitor uses PC + YanHua PCI-1716 high-speed acquisition card; lower monitor uses SIEMENS company S7-200 series PLC. Overall testing system includes testing system, driving system and control system. By VB6.0 for programming tool upper monitor implements the function including activating acquisition card, presenting the wave curves and setting parameters. By STEP7 for programming tool lower monitor compose control and data acquisition program that implemented procedure parameters acquisition and processing function.This system implements computer auto-control for testing procedure and adopts PWM method driving electromagnetic valve. So the system frees itself from the ill of the old testing procedure by manual control and increases of testing accuracy and efficiency effectively.
