| With the popularity of the credit system, and some vocational middle schools also used the course selection system under the credit system. With the comprehensive investigation and research of Qingdao traffic management school education, combining with the reality of requirements of education and management, analyze the Internet environment based on B / S architecture of the network course selection system. The paper elaborated the design concept, principles and operational mechanism of course selection system based on the network environment, finally realize a complete network of course selection system. The system architecture is based on Struts + JSF, in part on the basis of its simplified, ultimately forming a framework for clear, easy-to-use development framework, through the development of the course selection system it's proved effectively.The first part of this paper introduced the source and background of the issues and research.
