By using computer﹑database and network technology, this system makes data management capacity large and analysis logical. The drawings are saved secure, index easier and manage standard. Users can realize save, index, inquire and download files easier, it also agility and shortcut measure to enhance our technology﹑manage and work efficiency and so on.This system is based on the computer hardware and operate system, adopted Internet﹑Intranet﹑database and other computer technology to manage the electronic files﹑paper files and other files( multimedia ) collect﹑maintain﹑index for JiLin Provincial Architecture Design Institute .The most drawing on this system can been collected﹑uploaded online, the drawing pictures must saved by geographic information, we provide viewer embed to support many kinds form include text files and geographic files, for vector files﹑grating files﹑text form and other form files, users can index and explore the drawing. We provide a powerful tool that allows users to be broken into several different groups with many different levels of data access. We need convert the CAD drawing format from .dwg to .dwf for they can display fidelity. We design a convert procedure to do that job.
