| This paper puts forward a total frame of hardware and software of automatic control that is applied in heat treatment technology of whole workshop. The software of the system adopts assemble language for raising field control efficiency. Its function consists of data-gathering, digital filtering, linearization treatment ,DDC control, signal alarm,data communication and so on.The application software is edited in VB6.0. Its function includes five aspects: parameter setting, date communication, on-site monitoring, data recording, data printing and so on. There is a special operation interface in this system. The operator controls every furnace by computer in central control room. The program expands the automatic control technique application to heat treatment profession. |
