Heilongjiang Longmay Mining Group Corporation (hereinafter refers to Longmay Group) is a large sized coal enterprise group which was incorporated on the basis of reorganizing the performing assets from four pivotal coal mines in Jixi, Hegang, Shuangyashan and Qitaihe under the authorization of provincial Party committee and government.In order to solve the problem that the purchasing operations of the four former industrial bureaus are isolated to each other, as well as to integrate various resources superiorities, Longmay Group set up a supplying head office after its incorporation in 2005, and then adopted the business pattern of centralized purchasing and unified distributing. As to the new problem which Longmay Group is currently facing, it should be how to respond to the whole new group-based business operation and how to carry out the research and technical practice of coal supplying operation aiming on such change. A group-based and multi-organization business operation is also the first case of information based supply in domestic coal business.Based on the differentia in the business operation of the four former supply companies under mining bureau, and combined with the general operation flow in purchasing, the article presented a plan for operation adjustment and operation flow in purchasing under group pattern; it analyzed the operation scope of the system, and combined operation demand with UniEAP platform, researched the technical course and structure suitable to the system and put them into practice.During the process of system design and practice, the writer mainly participated in the analysis of operation demand as well as the system analysis and design. Demand analysis and design of the system have been accomplished through on site research at each mining bureau and cooperation of the members from the project team of Longmay Group's supply system.
