Based NET Environment Design And Implementation Of The OA System

The enterprises could improve the efficiency in office cases by applying the computer information processing technology. Especially for colleges, it could construct better teaching environment and a good information service platform. In this paper, a Office Automation System for Kangding Nationality Normal College is designed and implemented based on .NET.As for network information service, the three layer service architecture and distributed information processing technology are considered in this system. By adopting B/S mode, the client just uses browser to complete the internal information processing and inquiries, which achieve successfully information sharing and information exchanging.Firstly, the paper summarizes OA develop technology, and two technologies (.NET and J2EE) for OA platform are also analysised. Based on this, the paper study the administrative information processing flow of Kangding Nationality Normal College. Secondly, a OA system with fully considering the advantages of development .NET platform is designed. Some key technology for this system design about system requirements, system objectives, system principles, system functionity, database design and system secure are described in detail in this paper.In addition, the paper also briefly introduces the system operating environment, configuration and functional implementation, and then makes some suggestions on how to improve the current system.
