With the continuous development of the rural credit cooperative union of Liaoning Province,its organizational structure is also more complex,and with the continuous expansion of its business functions,the affiliated agencies of provincial association has been difficult to deal with the existing business needs.In order to better establish secure,standardized and efficient office environment,Liaoning provincial rural credit cooperatives union,in accordance with the basic idea,"safe,forward-looking,practical,economic",takes the design principles of "unified planning and gradual execution",and puts forward the work target that by making full use of network resources,builds a mature and advanced technology,stable,safe,reliable,scientific management and cost-effective office automation system.The system is designed by analyzing the needs of Liaoning Provinc,e Rural Credit Cooperatives office automation system and the existing banking system,and includes three types of functions:application component functions,document handling functions and role management function.Application component functions include meeting management,address book,conference room management,meeting room scheduling and document management;document handling functions include creating document,handling document,handled document main document,process monitoring,individual work agents and leaders instructions.The system uses B/S structure,supports Oracle database,LDAP.The J2EE standard,Java programming language and server end Java technology development are used in the development,and the support to XML on component technology and data exchange makes the function of system optimal.The deployment environment of this system supports mainstream UNIX/Linux/Windows systems,accessing client operating system supports browser IE6.0 or above,Firefox 2.0 or above and all common browsers.The thesis introduces the background and goal of the system development with the project feasibility analysis,and elaborates the structure of the paper at first.Then conducts systematical analysis including demanding and functions,and introduces in detail the systematical development environment.In the system design part,the overall design comes first,and then comes following each functional module design;a part of the e-r diagram of database design and database tables is given at last.In the system implementation part,it introduces in detail the functional implementation module and shows the related program flow charts.In the system test part,it describes separately in software testing,testing contents,and integration testing.The final test result is given at last.In the final part of the thesis,the design and paper work has been summarized.
