The reason of this situation is, bank agency operation systems balance with most customer systems in real time, but the remained by using the strategy of time-shared per day, both of them cause the problem of the extreme convergence of the data quantities and the high peak value of concurrency transactions.Therefore, there are four important points are emergences in the informatics progress of China Agriculture Bank middle-business platform systems. The first point is how we can improve the processing capabilities of the existed systems. The second point is how we can improve the accuracy of the management of systems. The third point is how we can combine the new IT techniques in the systems. The fourth point is how we can make a balance between the agency systems and the increasingly customer systems.This design adopts the agency system, in which, we introduce the concept of the general management to be the core in our design. To be as a result, this design provides satisfied multi-layer architecture to internet bank, mobile phone bank, telephone bank and self-bank. Through the practice of the project, we build a general agency operations system to orient major operations standards and the data center of agency operations, which implement the data collections, the extremely informative operations, satisfying requirements of agency services and the interactive information exchange between bank and customers. As a result, a safe, high-speed, and convenient uniform agency system is built for the province.
