With the gradual advance national grid company strong and smart grid construction,especially in the provinces(municipalities)companies and units directly under the EMS,electrical energy,power transmission and dissemination of the pilot equipment condition monitoring,resulting in a large number of near real-time data during operation,these real-time data generated while precipitation a lot of historical data,which is a reflection of the power grid operation mode by electricity,lightning and other historical / quasi-real-time data together,in the era of big data,data has become an invaluable asset data There is no doubt the importance,in terms of data management has become a basic support.As far as I understand the current need to build a lot of historical / quasi-real-time data management platform to meet the State Grid Corporation History / quasi-real-time data storage on-demand business applications,consolidation,share exchange,processing and unified computing standard entry requirements.State Grid Corporation currently has its own data center,a collection of structured data generated by a variety of business applications,but due to historical / quasi-real-time data is not accurate enough,and can not fully meet the shared data center business applications of information between various IT needs.Therefore,in the overall planning of the State Grid Corporation of SG-ERP,the data center will contain structured data platform,a lot of historical / quasi-real-time data management platform,geographic information platform and unstructured data platform four parts,so as to provide a relatively complete covering enterprise data sharing and unified access services.Research and Application of Mass History / quasi-real-time data platform will cover the transmission,substation,distribution,electricity and other sectors,across other policy sectors production,scheduling,marketing,construction and development,has now gained SCADA,electrical energy,gathering,transmission and distribution of information on-line monitoring systems and other business data,is conducive to cross-platform professional level,cross-sectoral and cross-system development and application of historical / quasi-real-time and integrated applications.On the other hand,the system can only push applications to solve common needs,while grass-roots after job duties vary widely,complete platform to support the work of junior staff combined with job creation original application,the grass-roots level to solve practical problems.Research and direction of this topic is necessary for the realization of independent applied research of real-time and historical data platform,which target specific construction can be summarized as the following four points:(1)Mass History / quasi-real-time data management platform is built,it can be a corresponding existing platform integration,data access and consistent calls for the formation of a data center to provide a strong grassroots bedding;(2)the achievement of the Business Applications Mass History / specification quasi real-time access and sharing of data for decision-making related departments play a supporting role,but comprehensive history / quasi-real-time data sharing and access of service standards;(3)after the completion of the platform can be expanded data capacity,and gradually increase the number of real time data acquisition and increase access or support new applications to meet the ambitious goal of building a strong grid;(4)platform is completed,the development of appropriate norms rules,such as data storage specification,measuring point mapping specification,access interface specification,data exchange standards,platform extensions specifications and data security norms,in order to comprehensively improve the lean management level to provide technical support.
