Relative to wet process cement production, PCP cement technic greatly improves the productivity and production quality, reduces quantity of heat and energy sources consumption of production unit, at the same time, the discharged of soot, industrial dust and baneful gas are all be controlled effectively. The modern automatic control technic which used in PCP cement produce line is playing an important role at extending product scale, reducing production unit heat consumption, environment protection etc.On account of its technique characteristic, complicated electrical device and execrable industry environment are inevitable. automatic control system which has high reliability, anti-jamming and maneuverability is absolutely necessarily. Cement line has more working procedure,including limestone stave, material transportation, raw material preparation, pulverized coal preparation,raw material calcineing,clinker transportation and storage, cement crank out and packing leave factory, besides, different automatic control stations are placed in different electrical room. Thus, only steady, reliable and quick speed communication network can adapt to the automatic system requirement to monitor and control field device, technical process parameter and produce process.DCS is short for Distribution Control System which has the function of distribution management, decentralization control and uniform data disposal. Control system consists of DCS and PLC (Program Logic control). In this project, field bus technic is used for achieving field device, vvvf device and MCC decentralization control and distribution management in central control room. The system has more functions such as table, alarm and event recording which can control field device running, production process and quality effectively. |
