Based On The Design And Realization Of The The Profibus Bus Cement Factory System

(1) The selected topic of this dissertation from the cooperation program of technological transformation by Jiangxi environment engineering vocational college and Jiangxi Wannianqing Cement limited company under my participating. The company has big pproblems by the following in the packaging and the sale.(1) The packing equiments operate independently by manual manipuation without being covered by concentrated control and uniform supervision of the whole equipments.The production data still adopts the backward form of"man coping the figure". The control method should belong to directly digital control,featuring lack of connection with the main control equipment,becoming a"isolated island of information"with relative closure.(2) The sales management is also controlled by the traditional way, the sales documents still use the traditional methods of artificial record.The production department and sales department are lack of communication,resulting in low efficiency in the transaction of sales business,high erroneous rate of data,and benighted management.(3) The packaging is entirely controlled by packaging personnel, who embark on packaging,counting and boarding in accordance with low efficiency in the transaction of sales business,high erroneus rate of data,and benighted management.Very obviously, these phenomena do not meet the requirements of level of high management level and high office efficiency application of modern enterprises. These all require computer control system for informatization management and monitoring .To effectively settle the above-mentioned problems,the paper focuses on following major points:set up supervision and control netwoek in the packaging workshop,improve the control method,realize the automaticlly counting the package. The user can look for the existing cement production, orders, delivery order and credit note of the company quickly.According to the sales method of packaging cement spot packing and spot boarding of Wannianqing Cement limited company.The thesis put foeward the research design project on the comprehensive management control over such sections as the opening sale invoice,calculation and measuring packaging,counting.Therefore,realize the design of cement sales managment system and calculation packaging control system.Combing the two systems together to form management control system at two levels.The dissertation uses PROFIBUS-DP FieldBus to construct the monitoring and control nrtwork aystems of the workshop level:with the original packaging machine PLC(S7-200)as control console for allequipment of the packaging line; usingC/Smode design thesales management systems,and full use database technology and the Object-oriented program design methods to complete the system development tasks successful;through the network data communications,extract and record the data of the scene,and designed a monitoring interface for the scene.After the program put into use,it greatly improve the automatic control over cenemt calculation and measuring packaging,alleviate labor intensity and difficulty of operators.Especially the use of cement sales management system,standrdizes the cement sales management,make the sales transaction operation,data statistic analysis and making reports easily and faster, enchance efficiency,reduce the sales cost,increase the enterprise returms,improve the enterprise profile.The program has great value deserving extensive adoption due to its straight aiming at the existing problems.
