Modern war require the aerial defending systems to be more agility, less response time and more precise fire control system. To reduce the loss bring by the antiradiation missile, the aerial defending systems should have the ability to be controlled remotely. This dissertation is a part of a military project. In this project, an old model of artillery will be endowed with the ability of remote control, and make sure it could be survive in the battlefield. The communication system is certainly the spirit of the project. And it should be real-time, stable and inerrancy. In this project, the prototype communication system based on X86 will be replaced by the system based on SOPC(system on a Programmable Chip), which will be described below. The main job of this dissertation is the design and realization of the communication system. The brief function of the system is exchanging data between 9 SPI ports and Ethernet. The modules it including first the SPI master controller, second the RS decoding system, third the Ethernet controller. they are all implemented as the peripheral equipment of SOPC in a single FPGA.This dissertation described the hardware implement of SPI, RS and Ethernet in detail base on the researching of SOPC hardware architecture. The dissertation also described the approach to develop system driver and software based on SOPC HAL architecture.Author made a final system according to this project, which had achieved the request function, and in practice usage obtained user's affirmation.
