Mixed-signal Analysis Instrument Serial Bus Protocol Triggering And Analysis Module Design

Mixed-signal analyzer is a new test instrument which develops on the basis of digital oscilloscope and logic analyzer. It has the specialties of strong synthetically analyse ability, low cost and high efficiency.Therefore, mixed-signal analyzer can better adapt to the signal integrity test requirements of the high-speed and complex systems. It is an indispensable integrated instrument in the field of modern testing.Along with the serial bus frequency of use's enhancement, as well as the actual debugging process's need, serial bus protocol trigger and the protocol analysis module was already an important part of mixed-signal analyzer. In the trigger way, the type, versatile and the analysis accurate aspect had the new request.Based on the above requests, this paper details the architecture of the serial bus protocol trigger and protocol analysis with the function and implementation of each module, as well as explored resetearch on the correctness and accuracy of serial bus protocol trigger and protocol analysis.The main work in this paper is:1. Design serial bus protocol trigger module, which includ a variety of types of protocol trigger of I2C,SPI,CAN,USB. In addition, in order to achieve the trigger of the serial bus universal, design a custom serial bus protocol trigger module.2. Design serial bus protocol analysis module, which includ a variety of protocol analysis of I2C,SPI,CAN.3. Design a test goal board which is bale to produce I2C,SPI,CAN,USB signal.4. The hardware debugging,module testing and the design amelioration.
