The digital interface testing system based on USB this paper designed is light and handy, which is easy to carry and operate. With the utilization of bottom driver and upper application, this system provides measurement and display by real time. This design not only realizes the performance, but also greatly lowers the price.This paper expatiates on the principle of the design of the digital interface testing system based on USB, and brings forward a scheme. The principle and design of logic circuit in FPGA and the USB interface section are emphasized according to the difficulties of the hardware design. The software, which is closely related with the hardware, is also briefly introduced in this paper. The main contents of dissertation are:1. The origin and meaning of this task, then brings forward a acheme and target. According to the target, analyses the hardware architecture, power supply model and the software architecture in the system.2. Expatiates on the design principles and schemes of the modules in the testing system, specifies the logic circuits in FPGA. And the realization technique of data collection and storage by continuous in the high speed is emphasized. Besides, describes the USB interface circuit, expatiates on the hardware design of interface.3. Describes the software architecture of testing system, then describes the whole system debug, and summarizes the problems and resolvents in the debugging in the end.Testing shows that the testing system meets the communicate measurement target for the digital interface facilities, and this system has already been put in use.
