In an increasingly developed wireless communications, safety and reliability ofcommunication is becoming more and more the focus of attention. The research anddevelopment of wireless communication jamming system provides a powerful guarantee forthe transmission of information security. But the generation of noise suppression FM signalwhich is adjustable bandwidth and better performance in communication jamming system isthe top priority, so the development of the special modulation signal source of the wirelesscommunication jamming system is especially urgent.This paper come from the wireless communication jamming system project, aimed at thestudies of the design and implementation of the complexity modulation signal source basedon Cyclone II FPGA. Puts forward a system architecture based on FPGA+QDUC hardwareplatform, using the signal modulation and signal processing algorithm, through the directdigital frequency synthesis technology of complex modulation signal source system design.First, this paper introduces the system design of the relevant theoretical basis: software radiotheory and design idea, frequency synthesis technology, the signal modulation algorithm.Secondly, on the basic principle of CORDIC algorithm and DA algorithm are brieflyintroduced. Once again, introduced overall design scheme of the complex modulation signalsource based on the Cyclone II FPGA in detail, introduced the core module of system designand the functional features of core chip. Then, starting from the reliability and stability ofsystem, proposes a solution for low cost, low power consumption, using time-divisionmultiplexing idea to realize the signal at the output. Using modular design, each moduleimplements the corresponding function, the main control chip FPGA to sequence and logiccontrol, and then, in FPGA to realize the control of the digital orthogonal frequencyconversion chip, signal storage module chip control and single frequency signal generated, therealization of the analogue modulation approaches such as AM, FM;the digital modulationapproaches such as2ASK,GMSK etc. The realization of the digital modulation mode. Finally,the integrated system requirements for the design of hardware and software debugging, andthe actual signals of complex modulation signal source is verified. And put forward a methodof system to improve system.After actual test and inspection, modulation signal have better spurious suppressioncharacteristics and high frequency precision, which have reached the expected goal and theeffect applied to wireless communication jamming system, meet the requirements of the system of the intermediate frequency modulation signal accuracy.
