Embedded system is an aplication-oriented and technology-intensive, capital-intensive,highly decentralized,nonmonopolistic industries.With various areas of diversification of applications,embedded technology and chip design technology is also experiencing one after another innovation.Although the costs of ASIC low,but the design cycle length,high input costs,high risk,and programmable logic device design flexible and powerful,especially high-density programmable logic devices,its performance has been enough to contend with the ASIC.Therfore,FPGA in the field of embedded system design has occupied an increasingly important position.The paper completes is embedede system design based on the FPGA,the design of embedded system includs CPU design,operating system'research as well as protocol stack'research and so on . The main platform constructed in this paper is EP1S25F780C5 series of stratix.The main work which complet in this paper is carried on the synthesis of 8051 ip core, the simulation research on 8051 ip core, the research ofμC/OS-Ⅱtransplant and TCP/IP protocol stack transplant.This paper first introduces the embedded real-time operating system's related conception and the present development situation in domestic and foreign.The second chapter discusses the main features of 8051 ip core,and conducts the inprovement research on 8051 ip core.Then it synthesis 8051 ip core ,carries on the simulation research,including memory module research, arithmetical unit research,timer module research,serial port and parallel module research.The third part is mainly the hardware platform building, this paper debugs each module of 8051 ip core based on the FPGA hardware platform,and has conducted the debugging to 8051 ip core'interrupt mechanism which is the key point and difficulty in this chapter.The fourth part carries on research onμC/OS-Ⅱtransplant as well as debugging,which includs the design of simulation stack and user stack in small modle, and high-priority tasks to low-prioty tasks switching between the stacks,as well as the stack of reentrant function design and transplant debugging.Finally,the paper carries on research on transplantation of TCP/IP protocol stack,based on the consideration of hardware platform as well as upper system,the uip protocol of the TCP/IP protocol stack has been selected in this paper.In the network interface layer,the paper select slip protocol,the design of which includs the sending of data frames,the receiving of data frames and the packaging.This system can not only widely apply in industrial control,industry monitoring system network,and after further develops,in instrumentation, intelligent co-mmunity,and other fields hav wide application and promotion value.
