Based on the background of a certain type of digital servo system, the paper analyze the structure and the function of the system, and complete the design of adjusting-testing system.According to further study on how to adjust and test while producing the digital servo system, and how to adjust and test while maintaining the system, the paper proposes the design scheme of the digital servo adjusting-testing system.This paper takes PC/104 as the basis of the hardware through analyzing the requirements of the digital servo adjusting-testing system. With the minimal size, high speed, wide range of working temperature and excellent seismic behavior, the PC/104 meets the project's requirements. The whole digital servo system consists of adjusting-testing system, ARM control system and DSP servo control system. Adjusting-testing system uses RS485 to communicate with ARM control system.The adjusting-testing system's function is realized by the operation software, which is designed with Delphi. The adjusting-testing software is divided into four modules, including main interface, setup, standard excitation given and state control module.Finally, the adjustment analysis of servo adjusting-testing system is given, and the servo performance test is completed by this system. The results show that application of adjusting-testing system is convenient and test is effective. The system provides a feasible adjusting-testing scheme for digital servo adjusting-testing system testing, and ensures stable operation of certain digital fire control servo system. The paper's results have practical value for the research, production, maintenance of servo system.
