With the rapid development of electronic technology and computer technology, ithas spawned new test methods, the theory and instrument.. These new technologyhave broken the traditional instruments in many ways, the function of measuringinstruments has undergone a qualitative change. Virtual. Virtual instruments emergesbased on this environment. It is established based on hardware and software platform,it includes test and control system. The "software is the instrument" thoughtrepresents the future direction of development of instrument technology. The user candesign the instrument system that accord to their own needs, it can be fit for a varietyof application needs.The paper uses the LabVIEW as the development platform, the LabVIEWincludes fuzzy logic toolbox、PID toolkit and Simulation Module. The upper computersoftware is designed for a motor servo system control effect analysis test, the serialdata transmission, it replaces the expensive data acquisition card.Firstly, I expound the background and significance of the research and describethe domestic and foreign research present situation in VI and the turntable motorcontrol system. Based on above research, I put forward the research topic of this paper.It is that analysis and test of servo motor system of turntable based on virtualinstrument. At the same time I introduce the motor controlled turntable in detail.Secondly, I elaborate the programming of PC software, the computer systemrealizes the data communication through the RS422serial communicatio n, it includes: transmission of control instruction, regulation of PID parameters of motor online, dataacquisition real-time etc. At the same time, the PC is also realized the data processing,statistical analysis, time domain and frequency domain analysis and other functions toachieve. PC computer, slave computer and the object form a complete servo controlsystem together.Finally, I analyse the model of servo system. I study and model the Permanentmagnet DC motor, and achieve transfer function identification based on the motorservo system using the frequency domain characteristics test method. Thecharacteristic of the system is without additional hardware equipment, it only need PCsystem that is compiled, and achieve the full digital servo system identification.Through analysing the error theory, the system is simple and reliable, widerapplication. And in the basis of identification, it increases the simulation modulealgorithm, that makes the host computer system more perfect.
