According to the relevant study home and abroad, The phase-locked frequency source in S band, BPF with transmission zeros and S band diplexer on LTCC were researched, optimized and designed in the essay. The realization of the program on the 2.3GHz frequency source and its hardware circuit were given, and the result met the design specifications. The LTCC band-pass filter used structure of second order maximally flat filter with one transmission zero.To improve the transmission characteristics, parameters of BPF were optimized by ADS and HFSS. The size of the filter was 4.7mm×2.9mm×0.5mm. The decay was higher than 50dB at the 2.31GHz. So this filter suppressed the local oscillator (LO) signal effectively, which met the design of filter with miniaturization. Subsequently, Connected with proper matching circuits, an S-band diplexer on LTCC is proposed. The size of the diplexer was 18.3mm×15.6mm×0.5mm, at the frequency of 1.87GHz and 2.34GHz, the decay was higher than 55dB, so it suppressed the local oscillator (LO) signal and its mage reconstructor tube signal effectively, which met the design of filter with miniaturization. And then the three-dimensional laminated structures were used to realize the design of miniaturization, which was good for the later research.
