With the industrialization and transmission technolo’gys development, the fieldof conveyor belt application expanding constantly. As we know,the safety life of theconveyor belt is the important indicators of conveyor running efficiency andtransporting safety. Conveyor belts effected by material factors, environmental factorsand goods factors, and the process of transportation damage is inevitable, how toeffectively detect the conveyor belt breakage condition and management measures toprotect the safety of conveyor belt.lt will be great significance for prolonging theservice life of conveyor belt, reducing the production cost, improving the productionsafety and efficiency.In this paper, recommending an RFID identification system of the Internet ofthings,combined with pulse sensor detecting system,magnetic induction system andoptical imaging detection system. Use testing ideas and RFID sensor network,dilapidating point capture by image acquisition system. Composition a detectionsystem which has dilapidating point detecting, judging and positioning functions. It、s an innovative application on conveyor belt breakage detection in the field of RFIDtechnologyThe optical imaging analysis system implements the conveyor belt dilapidatingpoint image capturing, image preprocessing, image analyzing,then extracting the keyparameters of the dilapidating point, such Time,width distirbution region etc, the datasource are supplying for the RFID system data interacting, positioning analyzing.The RFID system takes advantages of the unique identiifers, high-speed mobilereading and data storing, safe and reliable features, which can implement the damageinformation transmission, storage,process and the control response. The RFID readerwill communicate with the conveyer belt RFID tag, which is embedded in the conveyor belt material layer equidistance spacing. When the conveyor running, andRFID tag coming into the RFID reader magnetic ifeld, the RFID tag receiving elec?tromagnetic signal and converted to the power for itself. According to the standardsprotocols of ISO/IEC14443,ISO/IEC15693, ISO/IECI8OOO. RFID communicatingand data transmiting, responsing the RFID reader request.As the conveyor speed is a controlled constant, using the time of the two RFIDtags as a single cycle, and combineding the dilapidating point time value. With thedegree and distirbution domain parameters of the image analysis system, we canestimate the damage point in a certain position between two RFID tags, and canqualitatively judged the dilapidating point is ture or false.RFID reader reading the dilapidating point data records from tag, and writingnew data and information, if it is a same dilapidating point informatiorKwithfrequency cumulative, the data frequency is used to judge whether dilapidating pointmisjudgment caused by other factors. So as to implement the information acquisition,authenticity determination and position function.Conveyor belt maintenance process, through the RFID system maintenanceupdates, delete the RFID tag data records, write maintenance information in to RFIDtag, such as maintenance staff, time, others information. In improving the efficiencyof the conveyor maintenance to ensure the safety operation of the conveyor belt, thefollow-up according to maintenance records, an overall evaluation of conveyor belt, atthe same time also realized the conveyor belt life cycle asset management.Using the RFID dilapidating point detection system, read and write the breakageinformation. According to the records which can be realized on the dilapidating pointpositioning and qualitative analysis, so as to improve the efficiency of the conveyorbelt life security maintenance and the cost,provide the security for the production andtransportation process. So the detection scheme of high practicability will get fullyembody in the application.-...
