Algorithm standard means a series of rules in coding, it must achive these goals: an algorithm can be executed in different software and hardware enviorement, and can be relinked and reconfigured without coding modification, and must also be independent of any special I/O device. TI developed XDAIS algorithm stardard under these rules; it enhances the efficiency of algorithm transfer and development, increases operation use and reuse of the algorithm.Reference framework (RF) is one kind of systems which is independ of devises, it provides universal I/O interfaces and the rules how algorithm and application use these interfaces. All peripheral devices are existed in forms of interface; Algorithm can visit these devices only through interfaces provided by framework. Meanwhile framework defines how to register internal application modules and the priority of tasks.Framework can control all these modules and task dispatch by editing these priorities. Framework can be considered as one kind of software platform upon hardware platform. TI generated three kinds of reference frameworks, which provide standard interfaces for communication between peripheral devices and applications, define data transfer mode from application level to hardware level, it's a simple but conveninent software platform for different software and hardware environments.All these rules and suggestions provided by XDAIS and RF are defined as standalize interfaces of algorithm and system software, which reduce hard load of system integrator and duration of product development period.G722 algorithm and RF proposed by TI are briefly introduced in this paper. With an emphasis analysis on the key concepts as dynamic and static memory allocation, ALG interface, IALG interface and some other important structures and functions, depending on the realizing of XDAIS standard algorithm library of G722. And also with an emphasis analysis on the key concepts as DSP/BIOS configuration, IOM hardware driver and RF3 software interrupt management and data flow, depending on realizing RF3 software system, and finally rectify this library successfully called in DES320PP-U hardware development environment.
