Along with the development of science and technology, radar,communication and weapon-guiding system, high-powered T/R machines are needed to detect some threaten with executing military action. Hence,it is made to be a very important domain, cause the application of microwave T/R machines in the electronic war. Almost all microwave apparatus are used in microwave T/R machines except microwave power apparatus. The progress in manufacturing microwave T/R machines can be recorded as the result of apparatus and logic circuit. It is always a very significant orientation to be miniaturization, integer and high-precision in realization of microwave T/R machines.For the receiver and transmitter of millimeter wave band, local oscillator is always a key problem of communication system and has the direct influence of system. So, it is often realized by using frequency synthesis technology. Because of the harmonic wave and parasitic frequency composition which is hard to reject, direct frequency synthesis is usually not adopted. Despite being widely used, digital frequency synthesis has to face the problem of upper frequency limit and spur. Therefore, the frequency synthesizer works in millimeter wave band is mostly designed and realized by the way of indirect phase lock frequency synthesis, based on specific integrated circuit.This paper advances a millimeter wave design scheme based design guideline. The system function demands up frequency conversion, power amplify, low noise amplify and down frequency conversion. The size is 140mm×108mm×35mm. After the compare synthesis scheme,combining self-condition, We choose the form of millimeter wave commixed integrate circuit.
