Industrial Furnace Control Method

Regardless of which advanced controller, the controller design is based on the dynamic characteristics of objects. Description of the dynamic characteristics of the process (such as process modeling) is not very accurate, and the characteristics of the process itself changes with time and therefore asked the Controller of such perturbation model is not sensitive, or say that the controller is robust.This paper based on Daqing Petrochemical Corporation refinery Crude Oil Unit, analysis on the working mechanism of the furnace, give a simple introduce about TDC-3000 DCS. After a depth understanding at the basic theory we aim at the actual problems and have a corresponding improve design, the introduction of on-line self-tuning mechanism model to obtain better control performance, and try to IMC control applications in atmospheric tower export furnace temperature control. Finally, the scene simulation, practice shows that the excellent performance of the controller, and has a strong anti-jamming capability and robustness, it is suitable for application in process control are very good prospects for development.
