Applied Research. Yunnan Province Military Training On Duty, Management System Based On The WEB Way

Under modern information circumstances, the forces of PLA. in training and patrol are faced with new situation, including various missions, rapid update of arms and equipments, continuous development of science and technology. It needs to probe into management system with better application, cover and efficiency.Aiming at dispersive deployment of frontier forces, The Training and Patrol Management system of Yunnan Provincial Military Command should be studied and designed on the base of B/S structure. It has different functions, as following:(1)Direct logging in browser, lower expenditure of setting up, maintenance and updating.(2)Saving data of training and patrol, applied databank, ensured veracity and integrity, easy searching updating and sharing.(3) ID validation, that only users who have right ID could log in.(4)Data statistics, which is data composing, making statistics report forms.After being applied of the system, it would be realized that the preparation of training and patrol could be inspected completely and exactly; The performing could be controlled timely and transparently; The result of training and patrol could be evaluated rationally and precisely. And it could help to strengthen inspection of plan, preparation, performance, examination and statistics of training and patrol. Grasping the implementation of training and patrol, through the continuous courses of inspecting, feeding back, improvement, and further inspecting, further feeding back, further improvement, to accelerate gradual transmission of training and patrol of frontier forces.
