Research On Bid Descion Support System

Bidding is the necessory method of getting project. At the same time, it becomes a very important tache of contrators' looking for economy benefit. How to increase the level of the bid descion has become more and more egent. The aim of this paper is establishing a descion support system which will give contractor descion support during the bidding.In this paper, the theory of bid descion was researched firstly, in which the model of artificial nerve network and the model of project choice was put forward .Besides, a series of problem in the evening of the bid descion—construct scheme choice, optimation of time limit for a project, bid strategy choice which consist of maxium expectation profit model, the bid positivity' s effect on bid , etc. Then, based on the theory of bid descion, it set up the database system,the model system,the knowledge system and the user-computer interaction system.
